How do I return a product?

We want you to love your purchase, however, if you're not completely satisfied you may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving item. Your item MUST be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 


To start a return, you can contact us at info@wisapparel.com . You will be asked to provide photos of items purchased. If your return is accepted you will be responsible for all shipping fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

 

I cannot find the style, color or size I’m looking for.

The colors and sizes available reflect what we currently have in stock at the moment. 


How do I find the right size?
There is a size chart on each product page with garment measurements.


Do you ship to my country?
Very likely, we ship to most countries in the world.


How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible at checkout before you finalize the order. The shipping is based on the destination country, and we offer free shipping on orders totaling $75 or more.


How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped with USPS, DHL and FedEx.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail with a link to where you track the parcel.

When do I receive my order?
Delivery times vary base on location. Please allow 2-14 days to receive your purchase.


Accepted payment methods?
We accept most major card payments. 


Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. If you would like to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wisapparel.com

Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order with the extra items.
